Ginny Janak
Executive Director, Head of School
Ginny Janak holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies & Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has served students for over 21 years as an educator, reading interventionist, academic coach, and administrator. Ginny has extensive experience with developing school models, teacher mentor programs, curriculum alignment, school safety programs, and teacher development.
Ginny believes that through experiences and collaborative environments, students can reach their potential and achieve at the highest levels. She is devoted to creating opportunities for children to learn and grow as individuals and leaders while positively influencing society.

Jason Harris
Executive Director
Dr. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science, a master’s degree from Lamar University in Educational Administration, and a doctorate from Walden University in Educational Leadership. He has extensive leadership experience within the U.S military, having served 21 years in the Air Force. Dr. Harris has over 16 years of experience as an educator, STEM and science specialist, instructional leader, and administrator. His expertise includes leadership development, curriculum design, data analysis, risk management, and school safety.
Dr. Harris provides students with the opportunity to excel in their own learning by facilitating thought provoking questions and allowing free discussion amongst the group. He believes that you must model learning by facilitating deep discussion, challenging norms, and pushing boundaries while provoking a master-learner mindset.
